Brunch Menu Mayfair Restaurant - Vegan Vegetarian Bombay Bustle, Modern Indian Cuisine, drink, it’s all about the cocktails and coolers. After a boozy brunch? If you are yet to choose where you are brunching this week, we've got some news that might just change that: on Sunday our new brunch menu launches!

New dishes from Executive Chef Surender Mohan include our take on the full English - the Railway Breakfast, our Keema Anda Pie filled with Hampshire lamb, scrambled egg, sweet corn and fenugreek, Butter Garlic Prawns with Malabar paratha and Punjabi Kadi Pakora with paneer kulcha and kachumber salad, vegetarian and vegan options.

Had a late night, maybe one too many drinks? We’ve got you covered. You’ll find new comfort food additions like our Pork Sorpotel Tadka Poha, our deliciously buttery Kanda Bhaji Pao filled with onion fritters, mint mayonnaise and tamarind chutney, and a Chicken Lollipop served with soy sauce, red chillies, garlic and spring onion.

To drink, it’s all about the cocktails and coolers. After a boozy brunch? Raise a toast to the weekend with a Red Velvet made with Visciolata, strawberry and sparkling wine or go for our iconic Incognito made with dark rum, pineapple juice, ginger beer and activated charcoal. Stay fresh with an Exotica cooler made from kiwi, apple juice, fresh lime & mint or, for something a little more decadent, there’s our Colada with rose and vanilla flavoured condensed milk, banana and raspberry.

There’s nothing we love more than spending the weekend whiling away the day with a long, lazy brunch and plenty of cocktails, so we can’t wait to welcome you and your friends this Sunday!

The Bombay Bustle Brunch launches on the 11th July and will be available every Sunday at Bombay Bustle.
