On the 24th March 22, The Bombay Bustle Bandwagon will be pulling into our bustling Maddox Street restaurant, bringing with it a delivery of nostalgic dishes.

This is one bandwagon you don’t want to miss out on this spring!

Our new 3 course or 4 course Tasting Menu showcases seasonal spring favourites such as our Kale & Corn Fritters and Indian Tangra Chilli Chicken. Choose from our tandoor selection of either our signature Chilgoza Malai Broccoli or our new Chicken Seekh Gilafi. When it comes to curries, we’ve got you covered with our Alleppey Vegetable Curry or Bustle Prawn Masala along with a selection of sides.

Featuring alongside our Tasting Menus are also a host of new a la carte dishes that includes seasonal small plates such as our Butter Garlic Prawns with malabar paratha and tender Suriani Spare Ribs of Hereford beef short ribs with shallot, cardamom and coconut milk. We’ll also be serving new additions from our tandoor that includes our Hariyali Bream, along with a sharing Bustle Tandoor Platter consisting of our selection of nostalgic grilled favourites.

Alongside these spring additions sits our new hearty Murgh Keema Biryani with Suffolk chicken mince, basmati rice and saffron alongside a selection of sides that include our Lasooni Palak, Urlai Roast and Garlic Raita. The Bombay Bandwagon Tasting Menus will be launching on 24th March.
