Our Co-Founder Samyukta Nair will be in conversation with three guest speakers: Rosie Birkett, Skye McAlpine, and Olia Hercules. Samyukta Nair

Co-Founder Samyukta Nair's journey into hospitality was instinctive. After excelling as the Head of Design and Operations at The Leela Palaces, Hotels & Resorts, founded by her grandfather Captain C.P. Krishnan Nair, Samyukta launched her very own entrepreneurial journey with ‘Dandelion,' a luxury sleepwear label in India. She seamlessly combined her passions for gastronomy and design as she made her way to London, where she now lives and manages a portfolio of 5 restaurant brands under LSL Capital.

Currently, her ventures include the Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant Jamavar (2016) and the vibrant Bombay Bustle (2017). Expanding her entrepreneurial path, she introduced the opulent Chinese restaurant MiMi Mei Fair, contemporary izakaya KOYN, and the elegant French Mediterranean bistro Socca, a collaboration with two Michelin-starred Chef Claude Bosi.

2023 has been a momentous year for Samyukta, having won Woman Of The Year in the CODE awards, Best Restaurateur in the GQ Food & Drinks Awards and Restaurateur Of The Year in the National Restaurant Awards, she is thrilled to celebrate other women achievers, whose work she loves and admires from a range of disciplines.
