Activist and Chef Olia Hercules is the author of four books: Mamushka (2015), for which she won the Observer’s Rising Star in Food Award; Kaukasis (2017); Summer Kitchens (2020), and her latest book, Home Food (2022). Olia is also the co-founder of #cookforukraine, a global initiative to raise funds for those affected by the war in Ukraine.
