The Retiring Room

On the lower ground floor, the Retiring Room offers an intimate escape from the bustle above — a cocoon of deep booths, ruby-toned leather, and softly glowing lights.
Available for semi-exclusive hire, it’s perfectly suited for private dinners, cocktail receptions, and group celebrations. Here, guests can gather away from the main dining room while still immersed in the warmth and spirit of Bombay — a setting where stories unfold long after the last dish is shared.

For truly unforgettable occasions, we offer the option of hiring the restaurant in its entirety, with both floors available for exclusive use. Up to 108 guests can be seated across our richly detailed spaces — from the lively Carriage and elegant Dining Room to the cocoon-like Retiring Room below.
