Our StoryMumbai is a city built on traditions, filled by an endless influx of dreams, working professionals, and those seeking their fame and fortune; a true melting pot. In one moment you can be in old world Bombay and at the turn of a street corner you will be thrusted you into an urban amalgamation.
Bombay Bustle in Mayfair captures the essence of Mumbai, our love of home comforts alongside our rapid pace of life, both existing side by side. The restaurant is a place just as well suited to a leisurely dinner with friends as a quick lunch for one, always inspired by city's diverse flavours, and home style cooking. Designed by Fabled Studio, the space reflects the Art Deco buildings juxtaposed with the organised chaos of modern Mumbai and pays homage to the culture and people, whose expanse of origins from across India have influenced its culinary history.
The À la carte menu sees re-creations of some of the city's most loved dishes and Indian comfort food alongside family recipes from Founder Samyukta Nair and Executive Chef Surender Mohan. These include from Chole Bhaturey, Rarah Keema Pao to Madras Chicken Curry with Southern Spices and Coconut Milk. The all day Sunday brunch menu is inspired by the decadent feasts a slow Sunday morning calls for, including Railway Breakfast of Fried Hen’s Eggs, Indian Spiced Potato, Baked Beans, Smoked Back Bacon, Cumberland Herbed Sausages, Grilled Plum Tomato, Portobello Mushrooms and Masala Akuri Truffle Naan. The pewter bar, welcoming guests into the restaurant and transporting them to the beating heart of Mumbai upon arrival, creates the perfect place to perch for one of Bombay Bustle's classic cocktails such as Old Gold Fashioned infused with roasted Pecan, Homemade Spiced Bitters & Barrel aged; and 100 Tamba our Signature G&T made with Nagpur Orange Bitter and Gin distilled in 100 years copper pot.
