Our in-house team of mixologists have expertly put together a fantastic selection of drinks, each with its own flavour profile and personality.

If you’re after a light, refreshing pre-dinner cocktail, it has to be the Gateway of India with gin, limoncello, elderflower, green Chartreuse and lemonade. Or if you’re dreaming of sunny days, the Bombay Sunset is the perfect tipple made with gin, orange bitters, turmeric and saline water.
Looking for a cocktail with a kick? Then you have to try our Fire & Snow, a mix of tequila, Aperol, jalapeno, vanilla extract and fiery chili. It’s definitely one way to shake off the working week. And for fans of a late night tipple, finish your culinary journey at Bombay Bustle with a Clarified Penicillin. Served short, blended Scotch is joined by honey, ginger, lime milk washed and clarified overnight.
