Bombay Bustle’s Reservations Policy
RESERVATIONS POLICY:
1. Table Duration
Your table is reserved for:
- 1–4 guests — 2 hours
- 5–8 guests — 2.5 hours
- 9+ guests — 3 hours
2. Seating Allocation
Tables are allocated across both floors, depending on availability.
3. Booking Confirmation
All reservations must be secured with a valid credit or debit card.
- A payment link will be shared and remains valid for 24 hours
- Your booking is only confirmed once payment details are completed
4. Cancellations & No-Shows
A fee of £50 per person applies for:
- Cancellations within 48 hours of your booking
- No-shows
5. Arrival Time
We allow a 15-minute grace period. After this, your table may be released.
6. Space & Storage
Due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate:
- Pushchairs
- Luggage or large bags
7. Children
Children aged 8 and below are welcome:
- Until 6:00 PM
- Kindly requested to vacate by 8:00 PM
Please note:
Highchairs are on first come first serve basis and we don’t offer kids menu.
8. Dress Code
We kindly ask guests to follow a smart casual dress code.
Not permitted:
- Flip flops
- Shorts
9. Last Food Order
Lunch 14:45
Dinner Mon–Sat 22:45 and Sun 21:45.
