Originally inspired by Bombay’s old first-class railway coaches, vibrant art-deco buildings and retiring rooms in Indian railway stations, our restaurant space comes alive draped in Molly’s hand-block printed fabrics and fittings in vibrant shades of pink and red. We invite you to dine within The Carriage as well as The Retiring Room, as we serve our festive five-course feast of signature dishes, courtesy of Culinary Director Surender Mohan.
The space is warm and welcoming, adorned with long luxurious linen curtains in Molly’s signature Luna pattern at the entrance. Savour a five-course seasonal menu curated by Culinary Director Surender Mohan. Enjoy classics like Poppadoms with chutneys, Palak Patta Chaat, Raan-e-vindaloo and tandoor-grilled Zheenga Nisha. Delight in Mughlai Chicken Korma, Lamb Keema Biryani, and Bombay Bustle’s signature dabba dal.
