Celebrate Diwali at Bombay Bustle
A vibrant spread of traditional favourites fills the Diwali thali. Expect flavour packed bites of crispy Bhindi Chaat alongside a choice of rich, aromatic curries including Gucchi Malai Kofta with morels and pistachios, Murgh Dhaniya Tamatar with tender chicken in a rich tomato sauce or Kashmiri Rogan Josh, featuring slow-braised lamb with Kashmiri chilli and aromatic spices.
Aloo Gobhi, Palak Mattar Mushroom and Dal Panchmel bring hearty, comforting flavours to the table, served alongside fragrant Saffron Pulao, freshly prepared assorted breads like Methi Poori and Missi Roti.
Adding a sweet touch to the thali is Angoori Rabri, made with delicate cottage cheese dumplings soaked in creamy, saffron infused milk and finished with crushed pistachios and almonds.
